1. Information We Collect
Raeye Voice collects only limited information necessary for parent authentication, parental controls, app functionality, and learning features.
Information provided by parents or guardians may include:
- Email address used for authentication.
- Parent account authentication information processed through Firebase Authentication, such as email address and account identifier.
- Parent PIN or protected settings access.
- Language preferences.
- Optional custom voice recordings.
- Optional uploaded learning content.
- Optional YouTube learning video access initiated by the parent or guardian.
The app may also locally store:
- Learning preferences.
- Selected language.
- Saved categories and icons.
- Parent settings.
- Audio recordings created by the parent.
- Offline communication content.
2. Children’s Privacy
Raeye Voice is intended for use by children only under the supervision of a parent, guardian, educator, or therapist.
Children are not permitted to independently create accounts within the app. Parent or guardian accounts are used to manage settings, permissions, learning content, and communication features.
We do not use children’s information for advertising, behavioral tracking, marketing purposes, or the sale of personal data.
3. Third-Party Services
Raeye Voice uses limited third-party services only as necessary for core app functionality.
These services may include:
- Firebase Authentication provided by Google for secure parent account sign-in and account management.
- YouTube links or external educational content selected by parents, guardians, educators, or therapists.
Raeye Voice does not use:
- Third-party advertising SDKs.
- Personalized advertising.
- Data brokers.
- Behavioral advertising systems.
4. How We Use Information
Information is used only to:
- Authenticate parent accounts.
- Maintain app functionality.

- Protect parent-controlled settings.

5. YouTube and External Learning Content
Some learning experiences within Raeye Voice may open educational YouTube videos or external content selected by parents, guardians, educators, or therapists.
When users access third-party platforms such as YouTube, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Raeye Voice does not use YouTube viewing activity for advertising or behavioral profiling.
6. Account Deletion
Parents or guardians may delete their account directly from the Parent View section of the app.
For child safety and parental control purposes, account deletion is protected behind parent authentication and cannot be performed by a child user.
When an account is deleted, associated parent authentication data used for account sign-in is removed.
Locally stored data may remain on the device until the application is removed or app data is cleared by the user.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect stored information, including secure authentication systems, protected parent settings, parent PIN protection, standard mobile platform security protections, and minimized online data collection.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Data Retention
Most user-generated content and learning information remain stored locally on the device unless cloud functionality is introduced in future versions and explicitly enabled by the parent or guardian.
Authentication-related information may be retained as required for account management, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, security improvements, legal requirements, or app functionality updates.
